Awful first (and last) experience. We chose this place based on South Jersey Food Scene recommendations and the 4.7 star grubhub reviews. We ordered the create-your-own shrimp stir-fry (pictured), chicken fried rice, shrimp low mein, shrimp & lobster sauce and boneless ribs via grubhub. As you can see, the stir-fry is nothing more than a small portion of boiled veg and shrimp which cost a whopping $31 !!! The fried rice looked more like boiled rice and tasted like it. The lo-mein and shrimp in lobster sauce were also flavorless. Of the whole order, only the ribs were good. The total cost for three people was a staggering $121. For that money especially, we expected delicious meals. We have never had a worse multi-person meal order experience. I honestly don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from. Don’t eat here. Order from Hong Kong fusion. I wish we had.

New menu alert: spicy tuna crispy rice roll. We loved the sushi rolls and our noodles with tofu. So much flavor! Very friendly service. Immaculately clean dining room. Wide variety of bubble tea.

We had an amazing experience at Shangri-La in Cherry Hill! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Our family ordered the General Tso's Chicken white white rice, Hot Pepper Chicken with brown rice, Beef Lo Mein for the kids and a Strawberry Boba Tea, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. My husband, our two kids, and I enjoyed every bite. Even our kids loved their meals, which says a lot! The portions were generous, the food was fresh and perfectly prepared, and the strawberry boba tea was the perfect treat to go with our meal. The service was friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Shangri-La to anyone looking for great Chinese food in the Cherry Hill area, and we'll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and will definitely not be returning. We ordered chicken wings and fried rice online. The wings were super inflavorful and extremely soggy. The real issue, however, was the rest of the order. We requested plain fried rice, but were given pork fried rice instead. I haven’t eaten pork in over 10 years, so this completely ruined the meal for me. My husband’s Mail wishes is terrible and appeared as they would have to sit in a while before we picked it up. By the time we realized the mistake, every other restaurant in the area had closed, leaving us with absolutely no dinner. When I called the restaurant to rectify the matter, the customer service was awful. I was told that because I ordered online, they would not issue a refund. Mistakes happen, but refusing to refund a customer when you serve them food they cannot eat due to dietary restrictions is terrible business. After paying over $72, we were left super disappointed ! Save your money and go somewhere else.

We arrived about an hour before they closed on a Saturday evening. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The menu is super varied. The preparation and presentation of the dishes we ordered were very good. What we ordered tasted excellent. Just before we were about to leave the entire shopping center lost power, they had to take our contact information and call us for payment later. They were trusting and pleasant about that unfortunate situation. We will definitely visit again. The only draw back is that the restaurant is on the small size and we had a table directly in the line of door, it is very cold that evening and the cold breeze coming from outside was uncomfortable.
